POW's can snap at any moment, according to Bill Clinton

From Fox News online, I learned of some comments made by Bill Clinton in Aspen, (of course) Colorado.
He was discussing Nelson Mandela, and the need to overcome anger toward captors as a part of the process of healing. Then he took a backhanded swipe at John McCain:
"Clinton, who has vowed to campaign for Barack Obama, then suggested that POWs could lose their cool at any moment.
'“It’s just like if you know anybody who’s ever been a POW for any length of time, you will see you go along for months or maybe even years, and then something will happen and it will trigger all those bad dreams and they will come back, and it may not last 30 seconds,” he said."
In a related story, scientists have recently found that serial philanderers who have not slept with a slutty actress in a while have a tendency to comment on things they don't know anything about. Of particular note was that they also claim to be able to predict the behavior of categories of people that, not only they do not know personally, but have only read about in magazine articles. In addition, they generally tend to minimize things, such as being beaten nearly to death over a period of five and one-half years in a Hanoi prison camp, as "bad dreams".
Next he will be claiming that female employees' bra straps can snap at any instant. It happens spontaneously when Good Ol' Charmin' Bill walks around the office. It's so embarassing sometimes....
Hope is not a plan. Change is not always good.
I mean, if anything can make Bill snap....

What a hypocrit
Then what's Bill's excuse? Did Hillary keep him in a bamboo cage?
